Important information: Christmas deliveries
To allow our team time to enjoy the festive period with their loved ones, we will be taking some downtime from the 20th December to 2nd January. If your order is placed before 12pm on 20th December, this will be dispatched for delivery. If your order is placed after 12pm, this will be dispatched upon our return on the 2nd January. Please also note our customer service lines will be closed during this period. If you would like to get in touch with us, this can be done through our social media channels which will remain open during this period. We offer free, fast delivery on all mainland UK postal address orders.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.
We aim to dispatch any orders placed before 12pm on the same day (Monday-Friday). This excludes orders of colour match paint that sometimes take an extra 24 hours to dispatch due to the time involved in mixing your paint.

We regret we cannot dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday (this excludes colour cards and colour charts which normally take 2-3 working days to arrive).
Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times may vary upon on your location. Please see further information below about deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland & UK Islands.
Please note that whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives within the delivery timelines stated in the table above, we cannot guarantee this. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control can cause delays.

We offer a delivery service to Northern Ireland and UK Islands (including Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey etc) upon request.

Orders to Northern Ireland and UK Islands have a variable delivery fee depending on the size of the order and the postcode.

You can return items up to 28 days after purchase, excluding colour match paint which is not elgible to returns as this is made to order.
Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of goods to us.
Once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund within a 7-day period.
We regret we cannot accept returns for tinted paint which is a made to order product.
